Shipping information

Our products are currently sold to UK and Ireland and a selection of other EU states.

Orders are processed weekdays Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm. While we make every endeavour to process any order placed prior to 11am GMT on the same day, during busy seasonal periods, bank holidays and public holidays your order may not be dispatched for up to 72 hours after you place it. Also please allow up to 72 hours for possible stock fulfilling before the goods are dispatched. We will notify you of any issues with your order as soon as possible once order has been placed so that you are kept fully informed how your order is progressing.

To ensure a safe arrival of your shipment

We use Parcel Courier service only. The courier service is next working day to three working days delivery time from dispatch. Due to the nature of our product type and weight we have set minimum order level of €12 or £10 to ensure you will get the best value for the Parcel Courier service cost.

Shop and Collect

You can now also Shop and collect from our Dublin warehouse. Use the code SHOP&COLLECT at the checkout and the shipping price will be discounted off and you can make arrangements to pick your order up from the warehouse at: 24 Canal Walk, Park West Industrial Estate, Dublin 12

The cost of Parcel delivered to UK for our Minimum Order level of 12 € or £10 to up to a 30kg Parcel is as follows:

  • Ireland up to 7kg €6.80 and from 7-30kg €9.60
  • UK Mainland 1 €9.31 (approx. £7.76)
  • UK Scottish Highlands €24.86 (approx. £20.72
  • UK Isle of Man, UK Offshore €26.87 (approx. £22.39)
  • UK Channell Islands - Jersey & Guernsey  €17.59 (approx £14.31)

The shipping charge will be visible at the checkout stage. Please select the correct shipping charge. 

Deliveries occur on Monday to Friday only, untimed. There is no option currently for Saturday deliveries or timed deliveries.

In order to help us to deliver your package as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide us with:

  • Exact delivery address
  • Recipient's telephone number 
  • Directions for our courier if the recipient is located outside a major city

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address, phone number or other contact details provided are incorrect. Please therefore be extremely careful and vigilant when entering delivery address details on our checkout page.

Lilly's Eco Clean does not accept any responsibility for delays in the receipt of orders due to unfavourable weather conditions, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other issue out of our control.
